The power of prayer or meditation in your daily life

Prayer or Meditation is the best way to ease stress in my opinion. I have found spending 15 to 30 minutes a day, usually in the morning is like the smell of fresh brewed coffee or the feeling you get when you see a surprise bonus in your paycheck. It allows you clarity and focus to face the day ahead. Prayer or Meditation can be as simple as sitting in silence or listening to some calming meditation music, rain effects, ocean waves or religious music. It can be a deep conversation with God or your higher power. Whatever method suits your lifestyle, go with it. Like i say all the time " whatever feels good to you" Just remember you get what you give to the world so start your day off with a calm attitude and a smile, they are contagious!
